Flowering plant to 25 cm tall. Rosette leaves 4–6, elliptic, 1–4 cm long, 1–2 cm wide, flat or crinkled, stalked. Flower 2–3 cm long, semi-nodding, green and white, apex of galea reddish brown, flat or slightly decurved; dorsal sepal acute, of similar length to petals; lateral sepals erect, loosely embracing the galea leaving a wide lateral gap, sinus broadly notched when viewed from the front, protruding prominently when viewed from the side, free points linear-tapered, 2–2.5 cm long, erect or recurved; petals broad, pointed. Labellum narrowly ovate-lanceolate, 14–16 mm long, 3.5–4 mm wide, reddish brown, curved forwards above the middle, apex acuminate, distal third protruding from the sinus in the set position.
