LoM, MuM, Wim, VVP, VRiv, MSB, RobP, MuF, GipP. WA, NT, SA, NSW. Locally rather common in far north-western Victoria (south-east to near Terrick Terrick). A specimen at MEL purportedly collected near Bacchus Marsh in 1912 must be considered dubious. Occurs chiefly on heavy alluvial soils and cracking clays, occasionaly on stabilized dunes in mallee scrub.
