Plants up to 10 cm tall. Flowers solitary; perianth segments 5–10 mm long, less than 3 mm wide; stigma lobes always shorter than the style. Flowers Aug.–Oct.
VVP, OtP, CVU, GGr, DunT, NIS, HSF, HNF. Also NSW, Tas. Uncommon throughout its range, and in Victoria recorded only from Bendigo, Ballarat, Daylesford and Brisbane Ranges districts with an old record labelled simply ‘Ovens R.’.
